The agreement

These terms govern your use of limoplatinum.com and any transportation services booked through it or by phone. Services are provided by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“Limo Platinum”, “we”, “us”). By confirming a booking you accept these terms.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes generated by our booking engine are fixed prices for the itinerary described at the time of booking: the stated pickup, drop-off, stops, date, time, vehicle class and passenger count. A booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation. Changes to the itinerary — additional stops, changed times, larger groups — may change the price, and we will always tell you before we proceed.

What the fare includes

Every fare includes the professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard waiting time (30 minutes at airports and ports, 60 minutes on international arrivals, 15 minutes elsewhere), meet and greet where applicable, and airport parking. Waiting beyond the included allowance is billed in 15-minute blocks at the rate disclosed at booking.

Vehicles

Vehicles are booked by class — for example, “Luxury SUV (Cadillac Escalade range)” — not by specific make, model or color, unless we have confirmed a specific vehicle in writing. Stated passenger and luggage capacities are maximums and cannot be exceeded, including for short distances.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the booking details, for your party being ready at the agreed time, and for the conduct of your group. Alcohol may be consumed on board only by passengers aged 21 or over and only where the booking permits it; vehicles carrying any passenger under 21 are strictly alcohol-free. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. Cleaning or repair costs arising from damage or soiling beyond normal use may be charged.

Children and minors

Passengers under 18 travel under a booking made by a parent or guardian. Child seats are available on request at booking. For school-formal services, the itinerary agreed with the booking adult is the itinerary driven.

Delays, cancellations and refunds

We track flights and adjust airport pickups automatically at no charge. If you need to cancel, do so as early as possible: cancellations with reasonable notice receive a full refund, and we will always offer to reschedule a celebration before cancelling it. Cancellations at very short notice or no-shows may be charged in part or full. Where a failure is ours — a vehicle that does not arrive as booked — we will refund the affected journey in full.

Liability

We carry the licenses and insurance required of a Florida chauffeured transportation operator. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected booking except where the law provides otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures and accidents, though we will always work to minimize their effect on your occasion.
